Body inflation

I know it's probably just some fiction material, but is it possible to inflate someone else's belly via kisses? Like, you both are kissing then one of you starts blowing air. I tried with a friend, but it doesn't seem to work, maybe we need practice...

You tried blocking your nose and swallowing the air? I do that with an air pump and it seems to work; just do the same but with someone breathing down your mouth instead of the pump. Of course you need to know how to swallow air.
